General
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced
- Margins: 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides.
- Page numbers must be included.
Title Page
- Title (concise, max 20 words)
- Full names of all authors
- Affiliations (Department, Institution, City, Country)
- Corresponding author details (email, phone number, ORCID if available)
Abstract
- Max 200 words, unstructured for short communications, structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) for research articles.
- 4–6 keywords listed below abstract.
Main Text Structure
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods (for research articles)
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements
- Conflict of Interest
- Funding
- References
References
- Use APA 7th Edition style.
- In-text citation: (Author, Year).
- Reference list: alphabetical order.
- Journal article:
Sharma, R., & Gupta, M. (2022). Traditional crop rotation practices and soil fertility. Journal of Ethnobiology, 42(3), 215–230. - Book:
Sen, A. (2019). Indigenous Food Systems. Routledge.
Figures and Tables
- Submit figures as separate files (TIFF/JPEG/PNG, 300 dpi minimum).
- Submit tables in Word or Excel (editable format, not as images)
- Each figure/table should have a descriptive caption.
Supplementary Information
- Data files, videos, extended tables, or additional methods may be submitted.
Acknowledgements
- All contributors who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged separately.
- Disclosure of any conflicts of interest or funding sources is mandatory.
