Abstract
In order to transform Indian higher education system, the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 gives an innovative approach, which is with a great aim of making Indian education system into a global level. NEP 2020 will bring a major change in educational sector by adopting technology which will make the education as more adaptable and flexible in nature to meet out the needs of the learners. This paper discusses about the learning theories and organizational theories, which are highly relevant to education and taken key identification from the theories. Key elements were discussed in this paper by correlating theories’ key identification and NEP 2020, which are considered playing vital role in terms of bringing the change in educational sector while adopting technology. This paper emphasizes a comprehensive approach to cultivating value creation through the combination of various theories, elements, and models in education. A major focus is on creating a holistic value creation model that promotes collaboration among three stakeholders—the Individual, the Institute, and the Industry (the "3 I's"). NEP 2020 highlights the importance of using EdTech to promote learning experiences, streamline institutional processes, and bridge the gap between academic learning and industry demands.
